Current charges are :
- £125.00 – Tenant Finder’s Fee – if you ask us to market your property for a Tenant
- 10% on Payments received / collected for Landlords (Larger Portfolios % by negotiation)
We do not charge for the following Services:

- Lodging deposits with the Deposit Protection Service
- Inventories / Lease Renewals
- Inspections of your property
- All are included in our service
