Asset Property Management (N.E.) Ltd currently manages my flat for me.
I came over to Nigel and Paul after my previous letting agency (Hartlepool Property) did not pay my rent for six months into my bank account and showed no remorse for the stealing it; the stress I encountered during that time I would not wish on my worst enemies’.
Since I have been with Asset Property, I am happy to say that I receive the payments on time, I am always kept informed of any changes that are happening with my flat etc.

Nigel and Paul are very understanding and treat you with the utmost respect and are 100% professional in managing their business, not only from looking after the Landlord but same care and understanding is shown to the tenant, also any grievances are dealt with kindness for all concerned.

 

My experience with these two gents is that they work towards a  win-win result and nothing will do; until the Landlord and the tenant both reach an amicable outcome.
I have never met with Nigel and Paul in person, yet I talk to them freely as though I have known them for years as if they were my friends and not a letting agency that provides a professional service to the landlord.
 
The only downside to Asset Property for me is I only wish they also had an office in London
